Enrico (Rico) Fraederich is a master carpenter who spent his apprenticeship restoring ancient churches in Germany.  Here he was building ornate staircases and renovating beautiful bell towers.  Additional experience also means he mastered his art working on up-to-the-minute prefabricated homes.  Since moving to Australia in 2005, Rico has applied his well-honed skills and love of the carpenter’s art to building, restoring and extending houses in the Brisbane area.  You won’t find any Brisbane and Ipswich home builders with such a polished pedigree!

Now an extensively experienced and licensed builder in Australia, Rico’s reputation has spread from one happy customer to the next as he plans and builds projects with their needs and budget in mind.
